We were retained as senior technology advisors by G.M.A. Communications, a pioneer in the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) sector, to guide the development and system design of their advanced communication products.
Our advisory role encompassed both high-level system design and granular detailed design specifications to enable clean interoperability between the client's IVR components and the enterprise infrastructures of Microsoft Outlook 2000. In addition to architectural modeling, we provided hands-on engineering support to resolve deep codebase execution bottlenecks, diagnose runtime integration conflicts, and stabilize complex software interfaces.
