We were retained by Israel Aerospace Industries to lead the comprehensive architectural redesign and structural decomposition of a highly complex, dependency-heavy legacy system.
Our role involved analyzing the intricate structural dependencies of the older environment and engineering a modernized, decoupled High-Level Architecture (HLA). By establishing clean system boundaries and abstraction layers, we mapped a transition path that isolated mission-critical assets from core legacy friction, ensuring long-term scalability and design integrity.
The final delivery provided the customer with an exhaustive Architecture and High-Level Design blueprint. Furthermore, we authored the complete system specifications under strict military compliance, producing a formal MIL-STD Software Design Description (SDD) document required for mission-critical defense integrations.
