We conducted a comprehensive systems audit and requirements engineering analysis for ENGS Systems, capturing and mapping constraints to govern their future technology ecosystem.
The project involved auditing the existing core infrastructure and conducting deep technical surveys with the client's internal R&D teams. We systematically mapped out complex operational domains, including real-time sensor heat detection, high-throughput milking management arrays, automated RFID animal identification systems, livestock welfare parameters, and specialized goat and sheep management algorithms.
Our final delivery provided ENGS with an exhaustive, non-ambiguous Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document. This blueprint established the foundational functional and technical boundaries required by internal engineering teams to build, scale, and test future high-density IoT farm management applications with reduced technical risk.
